Seminar and conference rooms

The first impression for tenants and visitors of the TZT is the workshop and seminar area. The seminar area can be rented by both tenants and external users. Here you can inform about your enterprise, present products or offer seminars and conferences. The rooms are generously equipped with modern presentation technology. Smaller conference rooms are also located on some floor.

The office space can be individually arranged and consist of up-to-date telecommunication structure (data network Cat.5).

Laboratory and production areas

The construction of the building enables the set-up of laboratories to a particular point of the TZT. Possible equipment contains: Flues, sink units, safety-/ chemicals-/ acid / lye cupboard, work spaces with work benches and cupboards, floor units, seated working spaces, safety shower, eye shower, fire extinguisher, supply air, drinking water, effluents (public)
