The building of the TZT is characterised by a functional, flexible constructed architecture. Regarding the tenants, the reconstruction of the complete building follows efficiency and low maintenance efforts. The object is opened up by a central workshop and seminar area. The access to the premises is granted by elevators and staircases. The office and production areas range across eight floors in building I and across three floors in building II. Sanitary facilities are located on each floor. The outer zone contains a delivery zone and more than 25 parking spaces for tenants and guests.

The Offices

Office areas are available on all eight floors of the building, usually combinations of double or triple room offices. The size of the offices varies between 30 and 90 square meters. All offices are modern and usefully equipped. The rooms have room related electric distribution and double sockets (RJ45, Cat.6) of the house-data-network. Additional installations for electrotechnology and telecommunications are possible and uncomplicated. The windows meet the requirements of modern building physics. In building I, the south-western windows have outside blinds which can be used as sun protection, antidazzle and visual covers.
